Christmas in Utah 2012

Right before we left for Utah, we got Hunter's One Year pictures taken.  We printed a whole bunch to put in our house and give away as gifts, but these two were my favorites, so I had to share them! Thanks to Kerri at Acclaimed Photography for these wonderful pictures!

Even tho we were not in our house for Christmas, I still had to decorate the house.  So here a few pictures of our fireplace and our Christmas tree.  Nothing different than the years before, but it's still fun to remember what it all looked like.  :)

Hunter and I spent most of December in Utah.  We were there for about three weeks, and Cody and Vega drove up a week after we got there, and we had lots of fun with family and parties.  We were able to see lots of family and friends, and we even got some good skiing at The Beav in too!

When Hunter and I first got to my mom's house, Hunter loved the Christmas tree, and he was being so funny and silly, so we had to capture some photos of him.  :)

Silly face!!

Looking so big, yet so little!
Hunter and Mommy glad to be visiting!
Hunter loved watching Grandma Laurie play the piano.
He also loved to play some too!
Beautiful sunset in Logan.
The picture still does not describe how amazing this sunset was.
"When do I get to get on these?!?"

We were able to spend some time in Salt Lake with my dad and have Hunter see Santa.  At first he wasn't quite sure what was going on, but once he realized that someone he didn't recognize was holding him, he started screaming.  It was so funny and so sad at the same time!

Such a sad face!
While we were visiting, Fawn put together a dinner and cake and we were able to celebrate an early birthday for Hunter with my Salt Lake family.

Loving his new toy!
Hunter putting the candle out with his slobber hands.  Who needs to blow out candles, anyway?  :)
Hunter's first taste of birthday cake.
I think he likes it!
Birthday cake is so yummy!!

Four generations of Zollinger's.  :)

Because our families are getting so big, we had to kind of split up the Christmases...but it worked out beautifully.  :)  For the John Christmas, we celebrated Christmas Eve on the 23rd, and had our Christmas morning on the 24th.  And then we celebrated the Campbell/Boman Christmas Eve on the 24th and Christmas morning on actual Christmas morning.  :)  It just added to the wonderful Christmas celebrations.

Wonderful White Christmas!

Awesome Radio Flyer car from Brandon and Maday!
It was such a wonderful Christmas Eve morning with the John's!

Next was off to Layton for the Boman Christmas Eve party.  Hunter had only been walking around for about a week or so, and he loved having the open gym to walk around.  Needless to say, the entire party Cody and I were following Hunter around helping him up whenever he would tumble.  Hunter had a blast walking around and saying to everyone.  :)

Hunter's new wagon full of blocks.  He LOVED the box!!  Silly kid!

Hunter's new PJ's from mommy and daddy, all ready for Santa to come visit.
Christmas morning all bundled up for the quick walk over to Grandpa Chad and Grandma Rose's house.
Such a beautiful Christmas morning!

We had such a wonderful time visiting with everyone while we were in Utah, even tho we were so busy, it was still so much fun!  And our final stop of the trip...breakfast at Angie's of course!!

YUMMY!!
